Three days of the Calgary Stampede – Photos

Three days…the Stampede has only been up and running for three days?
It’s already a blur – the parade, the rodeo, the chuckwagons, the endless pancake breakfasts.
The Calgary Stampede is celebrating it’s 100th anniversary over 10 days this July. And with over exposure, it’s pomp and debauchery could wear thin.
Thankfully, the Calgary Stampede is a photographer’s dream – offering up moments worthy of any camera’s shutter release button being pressed.
Prime Ministers, cowboys, cowgirls, clowns, musicians, soldiers, children…they’re all here.
But seriously…three days! That’s all?
And, it’s only just begun.
